About Teagen
Teagen was raised in Osoyoos and has called the Okanagan home ever since. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2024 and became a Registered Massage Therapist in May 2025.
Her treatments combine myofascial release, joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy and Swedish massage with individual home-care planning, with a focus on recovery, injury prevention and the habits that keep people active.
