Gift cards

An hour on the table, from you.

Gift cards are sold through our booking system as a code you can send to a friend or loved one, for products or services at either Kelowna clinic: massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture or shockwave therapy.

Opens the gift card page in Jane, our booking system, where you sign in or create an account and pay. Nothing is sold on this site.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Sign in to Jane

Gift cards are sold through the clinic's booking site. You sign in with a Jane account, or create one, the same account used to book appointments.

  2. Step 2

    Create a gift card code

The card is a code you can send to a friend or loved one. Match the value to a treatment if you like: a 60-minute massage is $135 and a 75-minute first visit is $155.

  3. Step 3

    Use it for any treatment

Codes are good for products or services at Back in Health, at either the Glenmore or Kirschner clinic.

What to give

If you are not sure what they would book, match the value to one of these and let them choose the practitioner.

$135
A 60-minute massage, the most common booking at both clinics.
$155
A 75-minute first massage visit, with time for a proper assessment.
$190
A 90-minute massage, or a hot stone session with our owner, Derya.
$135
A first acupuncture visit at Glenmore.
$125
An initial physiotherapy visit, or a 50-minute osteopathy visit, at Kirschner.

Gift card questions

Can it be used at both clinics?

Yes. Gift cards are for products or services at Back in Health, which covers Glenmore and Kirschner.

Do I need an account to buy one?

Yes. The gift card page is part of Jane, so you sign in with the account you book with, or create one in a minute.

What if I have a question about values or how it is redeemed?

Call 250-762-4748 or 250-860-0383 and the front desk will walk you through it.

Can the recipient choose the practitioner?

Yes. The code is not tied to a person or a clinic; they book whoever suits them and use it at the desk.

Give the appointment, not the guesswork

A code they can spend on any treatment, with any practitioner, at either clinic.
