Your first visit
Your first visit, made simpler.
A little preparation helps you arrive feeling ready. Here is how to choose your appointment, find the clinic and get the most from your time with us.

From booking to your first treatment
Choose your care
Explore the treatments and practitioners, or ask the front desk to help you choose. For a first massage, we recommend 75 minutes so there is time for an assessment as well as treatment.
Compare treatmentsBook through Jane
Choose your clinic, practitioner and appointment in Jane. Check the location on your confirmation before you travel. If Jane sends you an intake form, complete it before your visit; otherwise arrive a few minutes early for your health history.
Meet the practitionersBring the useful details
Have your insurance information with you if you plan to use extended benefits, and your claim number for an ICBC appointment. Check whether your insurer needs a referral. For physiotherapy, osteopathy and kinesiology, bring loose clothing you can move in.
Check billing informationFind your clinic
Both clinics offer free parking, fully private treatment rooms and complimentary tea and water. Glenmore is not wheelchair accessible; Kirschner has ground-floor access. Check the address and call the clinic if you need help planning your arrival.
Addresses, parking and accessTalk through your goals
Your practitioner will ask about your symptoms and goals, assess the area and explain the treatment. Share what feels comfortable and ask questions. Before you leave, discuss your plan, home care and whether a follow-up would be useful.

For massage you undress to your comfort level in private and stay covered by a sheet, with only the area being treated uncovered. For physiotherapy, osteopathy and kinesiology, wear or bring loose clothing you can move in.
