About Kristina
Kristina graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and became a Registered Massage Therapist that November. With a background in human kinetics, she focuses on restoring functional movement, mobility, flexibility and body awareness, using myofascial techniques, trigger point work, deep tissue, Swedish massage and joint mobilization, and she sends people home with stretches and exercises to hold on to the gains.
Kristina is not currently accepting new patients or ICBC claims.
