About Christy
Christy graduated with honours from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020. Before massage school she earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria and practised social work in Victoria, Vernon and Kelowna, which shows in how she builds trust in the treatment room.
She works with a mix of Swedish massage, fascial release, visceral release, craniosacral therapy and joint play to ease pain and improve alignment. Book with Christy for muscle or nerve pain, headaches or migraines, digestive concerns and scoliosis.
